Structurization of export potential of subject of manage is executed, on the basis of what he is formed structurally functional dynamic model. Certainly regulating tool of influence on the processes of forming and use of export potential of enterprise which is used abroad and in Ukraine. The features of development of export activity of enterprises of machine-building of Ukraine are analysed, the evaluation of the state of forming and use of them is carried out export potential. Pre-conditions, problems and threats which influence on forming and use of export capacities of domestic machine-building enterprises, are systematized and generalized. Certainly base elements of mechanism of forming and use of export potential of enterprises of machine-building and he is developed structural and logical model. Market abilities mechanism are extended by creation of regional agency, the purpose of which is an assistance development and use of competitive resource of machine-building enterprises on oversee markets.
