The presence of positive tendencies of increase of export potential of highly technological products and services in the international arena was certain. Existence of close intercommunication between the level of development of economy of country and it innovative activity was found out. Generally, the highest rates competitive with those countries that are in the first rank index preparedness network society and global innovation index. The results of the evaluation of high-tech products export capacity Ukraine showed that the export potential of domestic technology market for years 2013-2016 was used not rationally. This negative trend observed over the years 2013-2015 to reduce the trade in services for the use of intellectual property rights and other business services.
