Fastening in Art. 50 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the right of individuals to a safe environment for life and health has led to the further development of a proper mechanism for its implementation and protection at the sectoral level. Today, the special role in providing and protecting the right of a person to a safe environment for life and health, and other constitutional environmental rights are played by information and legal means.Захист життя та здоров'я людини від несприятливих впливів навколишнього середовища вже давно є предметом розгляду в рамках загального захисту екологічних інтересів суспільства.
