Сформовано основні засади формування позитивної корпоративної культури на підприємствах України.Under current conditions, an enterprise cannot function successfully without a corporate culture. Insufficient attention to corporate culture negatively affects the social development of staff, which in turn leads to demotivation of behaviour and deformation of labour values in the team. Corporate culture acts as a valid factor in the harmonization of industrial relations at domestic enterprises. Therefore, the practical necessity of improving the approach to identifying priority areas and tools for the formation of a positive corporate culture has risen. The purpose of the article is to analyze the essence of corporate culture, to identify the tools for forming a positive corporate culture, to substantiate the basic principles of forming a positive corporate culture. The main methods of research in the article were: the method analysis and synthesis, method of comparison, generalization. The paper uses textbooks, scientific publications of Ukrainian and foreign economists. The essence of corporate culture is generalized in accordance with the interpretation of various authors. Corporate culture should be considered as a powerful strategic tool, which enables us to mobilize the forces of the labour collective in order to perform the relevant tasks. The corporate culture of each enterprise is individual and it depends on the intellectual maturity of the personnel of the enterprise. The main features of corporate culture at the enterprise are highlighted. Several classifications of types of corporate culture are given, focusing on the division of corporate culture into positive and negative. The article proves the objective necessity of forming the most positive corporate culture in the enterprise. A positive corporate culture affects not only the efficiency of labour, it also contributes to the formation of a positive motivation of workers for work, the creation of a favourable social and psychological climate, and creates a sense of loyalty to the company. The authors form a system of tools for influencing the formation of a positive corporate culture. The basic principles of forming a positive corporate culture at the enterprise are also defined. A positive corporate culture is the basis for the formation of a competitive enterprise, which is why it is necessary to invest money in its formation and improvement. An indicator of the effectiveness of a corporate culture is that absolutely every employee feels safe and also - that it is desirable for the enterprise. For the first time, attention was focused on the need for motivational tools for the formation of a positive corporate culture.
