Проаналізовано переваги від застосування інноваційних технологій у сфері ресторанного бізнесу.This article explores the essence of innovative technologies in the restaurant business. It is proved that the most important innovative technologies are information and computer technologies to greatly simplify and streamline a number of specific business processes. However, their proliferation interfere with, firstly, unsaturation demand for restaurants and entertainment, and secondly, low technological culture population. This is hampering the development of innovative processes. We consider that a major IT innovation for the restaurant business is the implementation of complex weband telecommunications solutions for interactions with consumers.
