Встановлено ефективність формування широкого комплексу фізикохімічних, деформаційних та гігієнічних властивостей шкіряних матеріалів з урахуванням їх цільового призначення в результаті використання композицій на основі акрилових та мінеральних наповнювачів. Запропоновано можливий механізм впливу мінеральних наповнювачів на формування структури дерми та відповідних експлуатаційних властивостей. Доведено можливість регулювання якісних показників шкіряних матеріалів відповідно до їх цільового призначення шляхом цілеспрямованого вибору мінеральних наповнювачів у складі акриловомінеральних композицій.Abstract – to determine the influence of mineral fillers composed of acrylicmineral compositions on the formation of the structure and the operational properties of leather materials. The effect of mineral fillers with different crystalchemical structure composed of acrylic and mineral compositions on the formation of the structure and the operational properties of leather materials was studied. The role of mineral fillers and the efficiency of formation of physical, chemical, hygienic and deformation properties of leather materials resulting from use of compositions based on acrylic and mineral fillers was established. The joint use of modified montmorillonite dispersions with suntan, vegetable tanning agents and fatliquoring emulsions improves the hygienic properties of finished leather. The use for filling acrylicmineral composition based on calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide promotes the increase of the level whiteness of semifinished clothes by 6.0 % and finished leather is 3.3 %. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the use of these mineral fillers in the production of white leather.
