Доведено, що з метою запобігання монополізації товарних ринків, зловживання монопольним становищем, обмеження конкуренції територіальні відділення Антимонопольного комітету України здійснюють державний контроль за концентрацією суб'єктів господарювання і це є цілком доцільно.The problem of the control of concentrations as one of the areas of monopoly regulation is given. The article is about the state control of concentrations between enterprises. The issue of economic concentration are reflected in the works of local and foreign scientists. With the study and analysis of published papers on this issue have concluded that despite significant achievements in the research of scientists requires a solution has a number of issues. It is proved that in order to prevent monopolization commodity markets, abuse of dominant position, limiting competition regional branch of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine carries out the state control of concentrations between enterprises.
