Визначено та згруповано напрями оцінки інвестиційної привабливості. Запропоновано виділити певні групи показників за визначеними напрямами, що обумовлюються площинами досліджень. Здійснено порівняльну характеристику підходів до оцінки інвестиційної привабливості, в розрізі яких узагальнено базові групи показників, які найбільш повно та обґрунтовано дають змогу визначити рівень інвестиційної привабливості регіону. Доведено необхідність розробки універсальної методики оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості регіону та виділено основні напрями, що відповідають потребам сучасного стану розвитку економіки.In the article we reviewed the essence of the concept of "investment attractiveness of the region" in the context of existing theories and identified the main problems of using existing approaches. We defined and grouped areas of investment appeal. We highlighted some indicators of the defined areas, which are caused by planes studies. We implemented the comparative characterization approaches to assessing the investment attractiveness in terms, which summarizes the basic group of indicators that more fully and reasonably allow to determine the level of investment attractiveness of the region. We reviewed the basic methodology for determining the integrated index, calculated on the basis of integrated group of indices that characterize the typical aspects of life in the region. We offered to use indices that characterize the livelihoods of the region. We singled out basically the focus group integrated indices that contribute to inform decisions on the development of the region, the formation of its financial capacity, ensuring regional human resources for staffing and educational levels. We highlighted and grouped indexes of infrastructure development of regional markets, commercial infrastructure in the region, investment attractiveness on the degree of efficiency of the main elements of the manufacturing process in the region.
