Обґрунтовано необхідність їх використання задля підвищення результативності діяльності вітчизняних промислових підприємств.The aim of this article is determination of key instruments of realization of strategy of industrial enterprise. The analysis of basic instruments of realization of strategy is conducted: monitoring and control, organizational structure, skilled potential, informative systems, strategic changes, organizational culture, motivational mechanism. Considerable attention is spared to the necessity of forming of effective skilled potential for the system of realization of strategy of industrial enterprise. The quality filling and corresponding instruments of realization of strategy will change depending on descriptions of the accepted strategy, depth and maintenance of the changes envisaged by her. Successful combination and use of instruments of realization of strategy will allow considerably to promote effectiveness of activity of domestic industrial enterprises.
