The specific features of formation and functioning of corporate relations in Ukraine and the world are investigated. An analysis of the dynamics of corporate sector development in Ukraine is carried out. The main problems of the corporate management system in Ukraine are considered, as well as recommendations for the qualitative formation and implementation of the corporate management system at the level of enterprises of corporate type in Ukraine.
