Окреслено основні завдання менеджменту інновацій у машинобудуванні в контексті євро інтеграційних процесів.Scientific views on the essence and goals of innovative activity of machine building enterprise have been analysed. The difference between main goals during different stages of lifecycle of machine building enterprise has been distinguished. The directions of innovative activity of a bunch of machine building enterprises which act on different stages of their lifecycle have been analysed. Their insufficient effectiveness in a context of tasks of certain lifecycle stage has been defined. Main machine building innovative management goals have been outlined in a context of European integration processes. It has been noted, that the starting point for their creation should be international quality standards. Special attention should be paid to quality characteristics of production systems.
