Автором наголошується необхідність формування у студентів практичних умінь і навичок міжособистісної професійної взаємодії. Визначення особливостей (характерних рис, ознак, властивостей, своєрідності) специфіки професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з туризмознавства у контексті реалізації інноваційних підходів до вивчення гуманітарних дисциплін.In the article the author focuses on the study of the effectiveness of the use of pedagogical innovations in the training of future specialists in tourism science, the effectiveness of the use of pedagogical innovations in the process of training with the aim of adapting a specialist in the field of tourism to perform his professional functions, which is one of the most urgent problems in pedagogical science. The author emphasizes the feasibility of implementing innovative approaches to the study of humanities – the need for students to develop practical skills and skills of interpersonal professional interaction The specificity of the preparation of the future tourism expert for the performance of professional functions is determined by the nature of the future professional activity. Indeed, in the process of data these specialists perform two types of relations: subject-object, conditioned by the ratio of the specialist to the means, subjects of professional activity, and subjectivesubjective, which arise between representatives of tourist relations in the process of professional interaction. The process of professional training of a future tourism specialists in the profession and position can be facilitated by the fact that students can perform functions such as a tourism manager in virtual-professional situations simulated by a teacher when preparing for a higher education institution. It is in these conditions that young people have the opportunity to independently carry out the samples of the necessary professional activities, to master the norms and values of the profession, to design and test a complex system of interpersonal relationships as a tourist worker.
