На основі проведеного аналізу визначено основні напрями підвищення продуктивності праці у машинобудуванні за сучасних вітчизняних реалій.Over the last eighteen years domestic engineering industry has undergone significant changes and, most important, positive changes. Thus, increased levels of automation work and its technical equipment, which significantly increase the volume of manufactured products and, thus, virtually half reduce the need for staff to ensure a smooth production process. In addition, more and more companies focus their efforts on implementing innovative technologies and processes, development and production of innovative products. The result of these changes was a significant increase in productivity in mechanical engineering.
