Entrepreneurial activity is accompanied by the purchase of insurance for loss reduction the last one. For today, the insurance market in Ukraine collects 83.2 percent of total sector assets nonbahk financial services. There are greatly reduced the number of insurance companies and the gross and net premiums on the first quarter of 2014. The main reason is the lack of legal framework insurance portfolio imbalance and low public confidence. To overcome these factors need to update the legal framework, to make conditions in the licensing of insurance, to settle the question of commission.
