Проаналізовано основні підходи до оцінювання ефективності використання аутсорсингу та запропоновано комплексну систему оцінки ефективності аутсорсингу допоміжних бізнес-процесів промислових підприємств.The author proves that in modern conditions of running business, which are characterised by uncertainty and changeability of business environment, it is necessary to transform the system of enterprise's management by using outsourcing as a means of cooperation with business partners. The main approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of outsourcing and determined that the current development of domestic industry the approaches can not be fully utilized because there are too time-consuming, contain inaccuracies and disagreement.
