Для проектування такої системи підтримки прийняття рішень спочатку слід розробити теоретичне підгрунтя, а саме провести провести моделювання процесу підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості застосування репродуктивних технологій. У статті проведено моделювання процесу підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості виконання сурогатного материнства та процесу підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості виконання екстракорпорального запліднення. Розроблені моделі процесів підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості виконання сурогатного материнства та екстракорпорального запліднення є теоретичним підґрунтям для розроблення правил, методів та проектування системи підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості застосування репродуктивних технологій. Наразі розроблені моделі процесів підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості виконання сурогатного материнства та екстракорпорального запліднення розроблені на основі діючого цивільного законодавства України, проте вони можуть бути адаптовані до законодавства будь-якої країни – для цього потрібно провести аналіз цивільного права щодо можливості/неможливості сурогатного материнства або екстракорпорального запліднення певної країни; доповнити або змінити моделі процесів підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості виконання сурогатного материнства та екстракорпорального запліднення з врахуванням проведеного аналізу цивільного права певної країни.Currently, there is a need in Ukraine to design and develop a decision-making support system regarding the possibility of using reproductive technologies taking into account civil law, which can significantly increase the efficiency of the work of reproductive doctors, as well as protect both patients and doctors. Review and analysis of known methods and support systems for decision-making regarding the possibility of using reproductive technologies, proved that currently the reare no methods and support systems for decision-making regarding the possibility of using reproductive technologies, taking into account civil law. To design such a decision-making support system, one should first develop a theoretical basis, namely, conduct a simulation of the decision-making support process regarding the possibility of using reproductive technologies. The article simulates the decision-making support process regarding the possibility of performing surrogate motherhood and the decision-making support process regarding the possibility of performing in vitro fertilization. The developed models of decision- making support processes regarding the possibility of performing surrogate motherhood and in vitro fertilization are a theoretical basis for the development of rules, methods, and the design of a decision-making support system regarding the possibility of using reproductive technologies taking into account civil law.
