Наведено структурну схему елементів даного механізму та їх взаємозв’язки.In the article carried review of approaches to the understanding of staff competitiveness, its formation and maintenance. Grounded the need for a systematic approach to the management of the processes of evaluation and increasing staff competitiveness. Proposed the mechanism of evaluation, stimulating and increasing staff competitiveness, identified and described its main components.
