This technology is based on the principles of open education and widely uses computer educationnl programs of different purpose and modern telecommunications for communication and transporting educational material.One of the main directions of distance education development in Ukraine is teacher training. The main parameter of evaluating the efficiency of distance the level of trainee's motivation on different stages of learn level of mastering pedagogical technologies.
