The author proposes to consider the structure of the system of decision formation by the levels of enterprise management and by the types of problems structuration and describes the result of the action of various factors on the decision-making environment. In this context, the author has summarized and described the main stages of the decision-making process where each of the presented stages can be executed with the help of IT-tools. The author defines the directions of the efficiency improvement of the decision-making module as part of the integrated enterprise management system.
