Акцентовано увагу на необхідності та особливостях застосування інноваційних технологій управління. Доведено, що ефективність управління економічною безпекою підприємства суттєво залежить від правильного прогнозування наслідків ризикової ситуації та оцінки рівня ризику та запропоновано блок-схему процесу управління економічною безпекою підприємства. Зроблено висновок, що у практиці європейського менеджменту відзначають три базові групи технологій в управлінні: технології планування управлінських рішень, технології реалізації і технології зміни структури підприємства, а в практично українські підприємці найчастіше застосовують групування технологій управління за їх функціональним призначенням: управління ресурсами, управління персоналом, управління бізнес-процесами, стратегічне управління та інш. Разом з тим, має місце зміщення акценти від виробничої до ринкової системи управління, від традиційних методів управління до інноваційних методів управління технологічним розвитком, формування інформаційних систем та баз даних щодо підприємницької діяльності, використання штучного інтелекту та хмарних технологій, які першочергово спрямовані на зниження ринкових ризиків, забезпечення економічної безпеки і розвиток потенціалу підприємства.The theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the selection and application of risk reduction management technologies, ensuring the economic security of enterprises and developing their potential in modern turbulent business conditions are summarized. Attention is focused on the need and features of the application of innovative management technologies. It is proven that the effectiveness of managing the economic security of an enterprise significantly depends on the correct prediction of the consequences of a risk situation and assessing the level of risk, and a flowchart of the process of managing the economic security of an enterprise is proposed.
