Аргументовано, що розроблення технології бізнес-планування є досить необхідним завданням в процесі створення інвестиційних проектів. Визначено сутність та загальні розділи фінансового плану як однієї з найважливіших складових бізнес-плану та загалом інвестиційного проекту.The article emphasizes the need for the enterprise project planning, which is a set of methodological and practical methods of development, study and assess the feasibility of the project based on the use of domestic and foreign experience business plans. Such a task is possible by planning the investment project, that gives the opportunity to the enterprise to understand the feasibility or rejection of the project. However, the planning of the project is impossible without creating a business plan that is made after the investment decision. It is the most compact in content and standard form for the document, which describes the main direction of the project and a list of key technical and financial-economic characteristics.
