The article identifies the key tasks of the division of risk management of foreign economic activity of the enterprise, the basic requirements and options for its formation and the most appropriate for the studied companies the organizational and functional structure of such a department with clearly defined job responsibilities of each employee is proposed. Therefore, successful operation of enterprises will depend on the effective operation of the department of risk management at the enterprise, the ability to quickly identify risks in advance and applied methods to cope with these risks.
