Також розглянуто концептуальні засади семантичного формування поняття “інвестиційний потенціал підприємства” на основі взаємозв’язку таких окремих понять, як «інвестиції», «інвестиційні ресурси», «здатності» та «інвестиційна діяльність».The goal of the article is to examine the contemporary interpretation of the term «investment potential», to summarize the approaches to the definition of the essence of this concept and to specify the category of «investment potential of the company». The article presents the results of a critical analysis of approaches to the definition of «investment potential of the company», including resource, market, resource-efficient and targeted approaches and proved author's position on its semantic characteristics. Conceptual bases of semantic formation of «investment potential of the company» based on the relationship of the individual concepts such as «investment», «investment funds», «capacity» and «investment activity» are considered in the article.
