Запропоновано шляхи вирішення проблем працевлаштування.Peculiarities of the development of the modern labour market, including those are studied. The factors affecting its state are indicated. Some ways of solving the problem employment are proposed. It is considered enough of necessary profession. In connection with diminishing of free workings seating capacity through processes which take place in the economy of Ukraine, the problem of employment remains actual, that is why the purpose of this research is a comprehensive analysis of problem aspects of employment of population of Ukraine. Such problem, as unemployment, must not be ignored from the side of state power. The level of employment of population influences on health societies on the whole. Decisive steps from the side of the state, directed on stopping of growth of unemployment, are needed. A public policy foresees state job securities in a legislation, but their realization in the real life takes place without enthusiasm, by very slow rates. Such negative phenomenon needs careful attention and effective activity from the side of public organs and society on the whole.
