Доведено, що сучасне реформування економічної системи України зумовлює необхідність підвищення ролі фінансового управління як найважливішого елемента загальної системи управління підприємством. В зв’язку з тим, що на сьогодні дискусії між вченими-економістами щодо поняття «фінансові ресурси» потребують детальнішого розгляду генезису сприйняття й формування наукової думки про фінансові ресурси, які орієнтовані на задоволення інтересів суспільства в цілому та підприємства зокрема, автором узагальнені основні підходи до економічної сутності фінансових ресурсів підприємства. Проведено критичний аналіз визначень, наведених в сучасній науковій літературі, які розмежовано на два підходи, що базуються на розподільчій та відтворювальній концепціях фінансів.In the article the theoretical study of the role of financial resources in the enterprise. It is proved that the current reform of the economic system of Ukraine necessitates increasing the role of financial management as an essential element of the overall system management. Due to the fact that today the debate between economists on the concept of "financial resources" require more detailed consideration of the genesis of perception and formation of a scientific opinion on the financial resources that are designed to meet the interests of society in general and companies in particular, the author summarized the main approaches to the economic substance of financial resources.
