Визначено нагальне питання для української економіки в реформуванні податкової системи, в тому числі за рахунок скорочення кількості податків та зборів. Надано пропозиції щодо зменшення кількості податків та зборів для побудови простої, зрозумілої та достатньо бюджетонаповнювальної системи оподаткування.The aim of the research to assess the formation of tax revenues to the erected budget of Ukraine. Identify the critical issue for the Ukrainian economy in reformation of the tax system and make proposals for its solution. The important factor of influence on lightness of realization of entrepreneurial activity in a country is taxation, namely amount of taxes and tax payments. For this indicator in the ranking of the World Bank "Doing Business" Ukraine is one of the lowest among the countries of neighbours and countries of the CIS. The estimation of complication of the tax system from the point of view of forming of income from different sources using the Hervindalya concentration index, index of dispersion and structural analysis confirmed the presence of a large number of taxes and fees, with minor amounts of revenues, which complicates business and eliminates the regulatory and catalytic function of the tax system. Thus, the tax system of Ukraine requires reformation, including revision of amount of taxes and tax payments.
