The experience of developed countries to stimulate and regulate innovation development of industrial enterprises is presented. The possibilities of increasing the innovation activity of domestic enterprises are examined. Innovation development is one of the most impotent factors in the world economic. But industrial enterprises of Ukraine have low levels of innovation development.
