Наголошено, що велика увага теоретиків і практиків сучасності, приділяється удосконаленню методів та шляхів соціально-психологічної адаптації та реабілітації комбатантів. Виявлено, що немає достатньої кількості досліджень, які б висвітлювали повний спектр виникнення та структури факторів, що призводять до формування посттравматичного стресового розладу у комбатантів. Звернено увагу на те, що проблема, яка порушена, є важливою та актуальною для подальшого вивчення та впровадження у практику психологічної реабілітації комбатантів, бо допомагає по-новому поглянути на різноманітні фактори, що призводять до виникнення посттравматичного стресового розладу у військовослужбовців які постраждали під час бойових дій.The article analyzes the social and psychological factors of formation of posttraumatic stress disorder in combatants as actual problems of modern Ukraine. Emphasized that much attention theorists and practitioners of our time, is given to improvement of methods and ways of social and psychological adaptation and rehabilitation of combatants. Revealed that there are not enough of studies that have covered the full spectrum of the origin and structure of the factors leading to formation of post-traumatic stress disorder in combatants. Following the results of theoretical analysis of factors that contribute to the formation of post-traumatic stress disorder combatants, made the following conclusion, that the data factors include the features gone through by of traumatic situations; social and socio-psychological factors; personality factors and demographic factors. Attention is paid to the fact that the problem that is violated is important and urgent for further study and implementation in practice psychological rehabilitation of combatants, it helps to take another look on the various factors which leading to the occurrence of post-traumatic stress disorder in military personnel affected by the combat actions.
