Наведено найпоширеніші мотиваційні причини використання контролінгу.The aim of the article is the identification the possibility of effective implementation of controlling at Ukrainian enterprises and the allocation of basic preconditions for implementing such a system in an unstable operation of business entities. The need for the introduction of controlling at the enterprise and its impact on the effectiveness of governance and enterprise competitiveness are analyzed. The most common motivational reasons to use controlling are shown.
