Досліджено теоретикометодичні основи формування конкурентної стратегії промислового підприємства в контексті забезпечення його конкурентоспроможності та ефективності функціонування в сучасних умовах господарювання. Розглянуто та узагальнено сучасні підходи до процесу розробки конкурентної стратегії і на основі розглянутих підходів запропоновано основні етапи формування даної стратегії підприємства.The aim of the article is research theoretical features of formation of competitive strategy of the industrial enterprises. In article the essence of concept of competitive strategy were opened, and also the main types of competitive strategy of the enterprise were reviewed and generalized. Theoretical bases of the formation of competitive strategy of the industrial enterprise in the context of ensuring its competitiveness and efficiency of functioning in modern conditions of managing were investigated.
