Визначено проблеми державної фінансової підтримки сільськогосподарських товаровиробників в розрізі запланованих видатків Державного бюджету України на 2018 р. Обґрунтовано шляхи оптимізації видатків держави на фінансування інноваційного процесу АПК з огляду на пріоритетність продовольчих потреб та підтримку фермерства.The present state of state financing of agrarian enterprises, its forms and directions is considered. The problems of state financial support of agricultural producers in terms of planned expenditures of the State Budget of Ukraine for 2018 are determined. The ways of optimizing state expenditures for financing the agroindustrial complex's innovation process are grounded in view of the priority of food needs and support of farming. The results of the conducted research indicate that state support is absolutely necessary for the effective functioning of the agro-industrial complex, ensuring food security of the country, stimulating rural development, preserving the environment, improving the quality and environmental safety of agricultural production and equivalent pricing. State support will effectively influence the development of the Ukrainian agro-industrial complex, subject to certain criteria, in particular: full financing; its amount equals at least, or even more than 5% of the expenditure part of the State Budget; implementation of the distribution of support in full transparency; concentration of state support towards small producers (farmers).ukдержавна фінансова підтримкавидатки бюджетуфінансове забезпеченняінноваційний процесstate financial supportbudget expendituresfinancial supportinnovation processagro-industrial complexСтаття330.332
