Особливу увагу приділено виявленню проблем державного регулювання та стимулювання розвитку підприємництва, а також шляхів удосконалення державної політики розвитку малого підприємництва.In modern conditions, one of the main factors of stability achieved positive economic trends in the country is to ensure sustainable economic growth based on the mobilization and effective use of all resources small business complex. The analysis is evidence that in Ukraine significant positive changes in the development of small businesses do not. On the domestic small businesses have a different impact macroeconomic indicators, tax policy, inflation, constant changes in laws, tax laws and instability, which ultimately affected the performance of small businesses. In fact, in the years 2013-2014. in promoting entrepreneurship was continued practice of previous years, when Ukraine implemented reforms that improved rankings of the country without providing real business processes activation and recovery of the national economy. Given the particularly important features of small business in today's socially oriented economy, support for this segment of the business is one of the main priorities of economic policy of most countries, including Ukraine.
