Економічні науки. – 2013. – № 4, т. 3. – С. 128-133.https://elar.khmnu.edu.ua/handle/123456789/2361У статті розкрито основні тенденції розвитку системи професійної освіти України та національного ринку праці, акцентовано увагу на необхідності регулювання процесу їх взаємодії та намічено напрями подолання дисбалансу між сферою праці та освіти.The article aims to identify the main trends of development of vocational education in Ukraine and the national labor market, and on this basis, identifying ways to reconcile the world of work and opportunities for the education system to ensure the formation of quality employment potential. Lack of effectiveness of management of occupational choice in Ukraine led to distortions in the labor market toward "overproduction" of specialists with higher education in a number of professions that young people considered prestigious. Significant reduction of quantitative indicators experienced system of vocational training, while the greatest demand among companies use skilled workers. Despite the general upward trend in the civilization of education and availability of mass higher education, orientation training is to in ¬ needs of the economy, and the high demand of youth for certain professions, causing an increase in social tensions in the labor market among young people and create the conditions for the growth of unemployment among graduates institutions.
