But the attempts to construct a measuring instrument of labour behaviour should not be left as labour behaviour of the employee acquires the status of a strategic factor in the viability of the modern enterprise. In article are formulated the content of labour behaviour of worker, the especially evaluation of labour behaviour person are reflected. The sequence of procedures for assessment of labour behaviour of the individual are defined. The factors influence the behaviour of the individual in the course of his employment are ranked. A set of general indicators of the evaluation labour behaviour of worker in the production organization are formulated.
