Analyzed the number of employees by sector engineering companies Khmelnitsky region, wages in the mechanical engineering Khmelnitsky region. The introduction of modern methods of industrial personnel policy requires a comprehensive analysis of socioeconomic development of the area which is centered activities of the company and the introduction of various forms of state support for employment that should help prevent the growth of unemployment rate and a decrease in the standard of living of the population.
