Визначено, що на даний момент все більшого значення набувають чинники, які визначають стратегію розвитку промисловості, до яких можна віднести рівень інновацій, застосування інформаційних технологій, економічну безпеку, соціальні наслідки рішень. Запропоновано багатокритеріальні принципи побудови системи планування і управління на промисловому підприємстві.The article discusses the methodology assessing the effectiveness of management decisions on set criteria. It was determined that at the moment are becoming increasingly important factors that determine the development strategy of the industry, which include: level of innovation, use of information technology, economic security and social consequences of decisions. The author formed the task of evaluating the effectiveness of strategic decisions on a set of defined criteria. It is proved that the presence of conflicting criteria does not allow one to determine the most effective solution. One approach that can be used to solve this problem, an approach based on identifying the main indicator and transfer to other discharge restrictions.
