Конструкція пристрою дозування включає перистальтичний насос, що приводиться в рух кроковим двигуном. Для визначення ваги сухої білизни, що завантажується в барабан, запропоновано схему пристрою, що складається з вузла вимірювання деформації пружного елементу та системи обробки інформації. Запропонована система дозування дозволяє зменшити витрати засобів для прання та уникнути додаткових енерговитрат, позитивно впливає на екологічний стан оточуючого середовища.The article presents the results of development and researches of construction automatic dosing system of detergents in washing machines, which consists of a dosing device and device weighing loaded laundry. The construction of dosing device includes a peristaltic pump driven by stepper motor. To determine the weight of dry laundry loaded in the drum, The scheme of the device, consisting of a unit measuring deformation of elastic element and systems of information processing. Proposed the method of calculating the dosing amount of liquid detergent per unit weight of loaded linen. For determining the average volume of washing agent per unit weight are analyzed the market of modern detergents. We gave methodology of calculation of the amount of deformation of the elastic element of the device for weighing loaded laundry.
