Описані наукові підходи до розуміння соціальної відповідальності суб’єктів господарювання.In the article explored the evolution of the socially responsible business concept formation, described stages of CSR formation in developed countries of Europe and the US, considered formation of socially responsible management in Ukraine, described scientific approaches to understanding social responsibility. Established that corporate social responsibility in Ukraine have not yet reached the necessary level of development, which in particular explained by the lack of an unified conceptual approach to understanding its essence.
