Consider regulations that the legal basis for small business and the simplified system of taxation, accounting and reporting criteria for small businesses, which are used in Ukraine, analyzes the current state of small business in Ukraine. Deals with innovation on the organization of accounting and small business taxation in the context of the Tax Code of Ukraine.
