Main features of pension abroad is: coexistence of public and private pension systems that complement each other and provide an adequate level of benefits to citizens after retirement; control over the activities of non-state pension funds from the state; at voluntary investing its own funds in private pension funds in most of the established tax incentives; low rates of asset management for management companies. When creating a funded system should be possible to push the boundaries of investing in foreign financial assets. Pension funds that serve the storage level to be chosen on a competitive basis.
