Економічні науки. – 2013. – № 4, т. 2. – С. 244-247.https://elar.khmnu.edu.ua/handle/123456789/1155В даній статті автор робить спробу проаналізувати можливості, наявні, згідно з чинним законодавством, у різних суб’єктів економічних досліджень щодо отримання інформації про діяльність підприємств, яка не знаходиться у відкритому доступі – для внесення коректив у систему показників діяльності підприємства, з метою зберегти баланс між повнотою даної системи та доступністю даних, потрібних для її формування.In this article the author tries to conclude an analysis of the possibilities that are given, according to the current laws, to the different subjects of economic studies or research for acquiring limited access enterprise activity data. According to the Ukrainian law, any enterprise activity information which isn’t included in the list of economic data that is prohibited for classifying, cam be given the status of “commercial secret” of the enterprise by its owner or owners. That means the abovementioned data becomes unavailable for the purpose of scientific studies. The analysis is concluded by author to clarify the legal ways of obtaining the limited access enterprise activity information by the different subjects (persons, companies, state services and departments) to create a system of enterprise activity indicators that is formed on the basis of legitimately obtained data as well as balanced between the most full enterprise activity highlight possible and the relative ease of obtaining that data. Unfortunately it turns out that the full access to the economic activity data of the enterprises is granted only to some state departments which maintain administration and control of economic activity in Ukraine.
