Визначені основні напрями інституційного забезпечення національної міграційної політики. Запропоноване вдосконалення структури міграційної служби з метою стимулювання ефективного перерозподілу людського потенціалу міграційним шляхом.Abstract. The aim of the paper is the definition of institutional support for the regulation of migration redistribution of human capacity at the international and national levels. Supranational immigration policy should prioritize immigration rules and redistribution of mutual interest with regard to the countries of origin and destination, to bridge the asymmetry in the socioeconomic development that underlies global processes. At the international level the main actors of the regulatory process are countries, international organizations, integration of countries and regional integration groups. National migration policy should be integrated into the system of international agreements and supranational priorities, values and rules of mutually accessible and equitable redistribution of human potential. The main areas of institutional support for national migration policy are defined. The improvement of the structure of the migration service in order to encourage the efficient reallocation of human potential by migration is proposed.
