Existing models of customization do not fully satisfy consumers in the case of production of ready-made products without fitting. The paper proves the feasibility and effectiveness of implementing blocks of digital clothing in the model of customization systems. The developed model resolves the contradiction between the modern possibilities of digital clothing and the difficulties of its implementation by means of digitization of the image, real display online or in virtual fitting rooms. The model of with application of virtual fitting rooms is proposed. An analysis of the conformity of the real product to its three-dimensional image and individual image in the virtual fitting room was made. A survey of potential customers of customization using digital clothing systems and interviews with manufacturers and organizers of online clothing stores were conducted. Product competitiveness is determined by responding to customer needs and its rapid bringing new products to market quickly through e-commerce platforms based on «customer-manufacturer» partnerships. The relevance of smart clothing is often considered from the standpoint of integration of electronic parts into the technical characteristics of finished clothing [1]. However, issues of functionality, care, health risks from electromagnetic radiation do not explain to the consumer the ergonomic comfort of clothing design [2, 3]. Therefore, manufacturers need to determine what functionality or technology should be used in clothing [4, 5], while ensuring fashionable style and size availability. The adaptation of the fashion industry to the concept of digital in the function of intelligent monitoring is aimed at the quality of customer service and retention. The principle of universality of anthropometric service differentiation in modern CAD «Clothes» allows to automatically changing the dimensional grid of the product by the algorithm of mass adjustment in parametric grading of industrial patterns. A model that provides for the introduction of labels at the stages of design, construction, production, implementation, and service has been developed. The proposed model provides a practical implementation of the product service system in the garment industry. The analysis carried out in the implementation of the approach based on RFID or NFC technologies allows for choosing a rational type of electronic tags for the implementation of the model.
