Документ Innovative Development of Agrarian Enterprises of Ukraine in the Context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution(2020) Kyrylov, Yuriy; Hranovska, Viktoriia; Zhosan, Hanna; Dotsenko, InnaThe purpose of this article is to investigate the innovative development of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The article presents the organizational and economic mechanism of innovative provision of competitive development of agrarian enterprises on the basis of the Fourth Industrial Revolution through inter-sectoral integration and development of digital agriculture to stimulate the diffusion of innovations, the implementation of the program of innovative entrepreneurship in the countryside, the formation of a symbiotic-complementary system of activation of technological and managerial innovations. It is proved that the basis of organizational and economic mechanism of innovative investing is creation of favourable business environment for realization of innovation-investment projects by agricultural enterprises, stimulation of integration of scientific developments and results of strategic management into production, formation of market competitive advantages in the long run. It is proved that the development of agrarian enterprises in Ukraine occurs under the conditions of radical economic changes aimed at strengthening the economic management methods and innovative component of their functioning. The aim of such transformation is to achieve economic growth and balance of functioning; ensuring the organic combination of the interests of business entities; transformation of scientific and technological progress into the main factor of economic growth; creation of conditions for realization of consumer priority in economic relations. Innovative changes in the functioning of agricultural enterprises contribute to the solution of the issues of technological and technological renewal, innovation-marketing development and economic growth. Increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy, their timely adaptation to changes in the competitive environment, the formation of sustainable competitive advantages based on the most complete alignment of strategic capabilities of enterprises with internal potential and unused reserves, maximal synergies of the efficiency of work in a competitive market are also directly dependent on the technological renewal and diffusion of innovation. The monitoring chart of the enterprise economic security system adaptation to the influence of the customs regulation entities contains a set of indicators grouped into four relatively independent categories: internal processes, processes of the interaction with the customs regulation entities, staff and financial indicators of the interaction with the customs regulation entities. The content of each of the chart’s indicators is considered and the corresponding scale proposed. The gradations with description of the specific content comprising each of them are described and the sources of information are specified. The main management tool for the enterprise economic security system adaptation to the influence of the customs regulation entities is proposed. The tool is an appropriate adaptation program. The main problems and difficulties of domestic pension provision are identified. The existing pension system in Ukraine is studied, as it consists of three levels, but only the first - solidarity level of the pension system is actually functioning. It was established that the joint pension system is unable to fully meet the needs of citizens of retirement age regarding their financial support, which prompts the development of other components of the pension insurance system. The authors considered the legislative and institutional regulation of the pension system of insurance protection of the population. In the research the concept of “international trade” and factors affecting it were analyzed from theoretical perspectives. The authors also scrutinized the dynamics of the balance of payments of goods and services of Ukraine for the period 2021–2022. Besides, the dynamics of Ukraine’s foreign trade by geographical regions was the subject of analysis. The findings indicate that during the analyzed period, the export of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, mineral products, engineering products, chemical industry goods, etc. ropped significantly. Meanwhile, the share of exports of vegetable products, grain crops, fats and oil increased. Due to hostilities on the territory of industrial regions of Ukraine the country witnessed a decrease in the export of products of the metallurgical sector. This led to a shift in Ukraine’s exports patterns showing an increase in exports of crops. It was determined that the development of Ukraine’s economy in the conditions of martial law requires elaboration of tools for regulating foreign economic activity. One of the key tools is the tax policy of the State. Tax policy is implemented through the definition of taxation subjects and objects; elaborating principles, mechanisms of taxation; clarification of tax types and rates; introducing tax exemptions, quotas, tax discounts, special tax regimes, etc. Overall the article examines tariff and non-tariff instruments of international trade regulation. The impact of indirect taxes on international trade is also analyzed. Обґрунтовано, що найважливішими трансформаційними змінами в банківській діяльності, які здійснюють вплив на стратегічне управління банку, є цифровізація внутрішньобанківських бізнес-процесів та діджиталізація банківських послуг, адаптація до яких відбувається через технологічне забезпечення діяльності та зміну інфраструктури надання послуг. Доведено, що найбільш відповідальною частиною стратегічного банківського управління є формування стратегії розвитку банку на перспективу з врахуванням впливу діджиталізації фінансового ринку. Проаналізовано теоретичні аспекти сучасних підходів науковців до поняття стратегії. Визначено основні складові елементи стратегії банку. Встановлено, що світова економіка різко змінилась протягом останніх років. Прямі іноземні інвестиції (ПІІ) відігравали важливу роль у регіональних економічних розробках як у розвинених країнах, так і в країнах, що розвиваються, як джерела фінансів, технологій та інновацій. Відзначено найбільш захоплюючі технологічні тенденції, які будуть привабливі для інвесторів у 2019 р. Розроблено пропозиції щодо напрямів здійснення інвестиційної політики в умовах глобалізації. Зазначено, що динаміка глобальних інвестицій наочно демонструє важливість створення сприятливих глобальних умов для інвестиційної діяльності, характерною особливістю яких є відкрита та недискримінаційна політика щодо інвестицій.
