The research and methodological toolkit for the assessment of restructuring capacity of an industrial
enterprise, which is based on the calculation of the system of local indicators, given the functional components
of the restructuring capacity, has been improved. The implementation of system for monitoring the local and
complex indicators and the overall level of restructuring capacity allows developing a single algorithm for each
group of enterprises to choose the appropriate type of restructuring and development strategy.
The system of indicators has been formed and the integrated indicators of enterprise restructu-
ring capacity have been simulated. A methodological approach to choosing enterprise development strategy for
the introduction of innovative restructuring, depending on the level of restructuring capacity, has been offered.
