Документ Increasing the durability of cold volume stamping equipment(Хмельницький національний університет, 2022) Savytskyi, Y.V.; Mylko, V.V.; Bys, S.S.; Савицький, Ю.В.; Милько, В.В.; Бись, С.С.The work examines the process of cold three-dimensional stamping, which is a very effective method of manufacturing blanks for machine parts. When using cold extrusion, high-cost stamping equipment wears out quickly and defects appear on the finished products. The development of rational technological processes of stamping helps to solve the tasks of expanding the possibilities of cold extrusion by reducing the specific force perceived by the punches, finding the optimal shape of the punch, and testing different grades of steel in order to select them according to the best operational properties. The process of radial extrusion was theoretically investigated and its mathematical model was built based on the energy method, which allows for the analysis of the force mode of extrusion and the kinematics of metal flow, to determine the relative specific force of deformation, to construct the velocity fields for different metal flow zones, and already from these data to calculate the total force deformations The resolution of the model made it possible to formulate recommendations for reducing production defects and increasing the durability of die equipment.Документ Nanostructural glasscomposite self-lubricant coatings(Хмельницький національний університет, 2022) Fialko, N.M.; Shchepetov, V.V.; Kharchenko, S.D.; Kovtun, S.I.; Hladkyi, Ya.N.; Bys, S.S.; Фіалко, Н.М.; Щепетов, В.В; Харченко, С.Д.; Ковтун, І.І.; Г ладкий, Я.М.; Бись, С.С.The results of the study of glass-composite nanostructured self-lubricating coatings are presented. The structural components of these coatings significantly affect the graphitization process and provide an antifriction surface layer of α-graphite. The formation of this layer makes it possible to significantly minimize the contact parameters in the friction region. A significant effect of aluminoborosilicate in the form of a glass phase on the tribological properties of coatings is noted. An increase in adhesive strength is achieved by forming a surface layer of glassy sodium silicate. The presence of near-surface particles in the graphite layer does not affect the tribotechnical characteristics of the coatings. The developed glass-composite nanostructured self- lubricating coatings have high antifriction characteristics throughout the entire load- speed range.Документ Self-lubricating glass composite magnesium carbide nanocoating(Хмельницький національний університет, 2025) Shchepetov, V.V.; Fialko, N.M.; Bys, S.S.The results of the study of the friction and wear characteristics of the developed nanostructured glass composite self-lubricating coatings are presented, the structural components which through magnesium carbide have a qualitative effect on the graphitization process due to the formation of a surface layer of carbide α-graphite, which, when combined with surface oxides characterized by low shear resistance, performs the role of solid lubricants under friction conditions. The positive role of the glass phase in the form of aluminoborosilicate, which affects the tribotechnical properties of coatings, has been established. It has been determined that the increase in adhesion strength is achieved by forming a surface layer of vitreous sodium silicate during spraying. It has been found that the intercalation of the graphite layer with dispersed particles of the surface structure does not significantly affect the tribotechnical characteristics. The developed nanostructured glass composite coatings showed high antifriction characteristics.Документ The influence of hydrogen saturation on the wear mechanism of steel(Хмельницький національний університет, 2025) Shchepetov, V.V.; Bys, S.S.; Byalik, M.R.; Medvedchuk, V.Yu.; Bys, Ya.S.The tribological characteristics of hydrogenated steel 60C2 with different structural states were compared with the obtained results of studies of friction surfaces by physicochemical methods, which allowed us to draw a conclusion about the relationship between friction and wear indicators with the processes occurring on the surface of the material during friction, and the significant influence of hydrogen present in the contact zone on them. It was proven that during friction on the contact surface of hydrogenated steel 60C2, regardless of its structural state, the process of formation of secondary structures occurs, which determine the process of friction and wear of the material. Reduction of the wear intensity of steel 60C2 with a tempered martensite structure (300C) is accompanied by the formation of secondary structures on the surface, which have a higher resistance and shield the base material from direct contact and destruction. In addition, the saturation of the material with hydrogen changes the nature and mechanism of formation of secondary structures, which in turn leads to a change in the mechanism of friction and wear of the material.Документ Tribotechnical coatings(Хмельницький національний університет, 2024) Zemlyanoy, A.O.; Bys, S.S.; Shchepetov, V.V.; Kharchenko, S.D.; Kharhenko, O.V.Wear and tear limits the possibilities and shortens the operational life of modern technical systems. Therefore, the importance and necessity of consideration of issues aimed at reducing frictional forces and increasing wear resistance cannot be doubted. The paper summarizes the theoretical and applied results of triboresistance studies of detonation coatings of the Nb-Zr-V-Si-C-MgC2 system under conditions of constant loading in the field of sliding velocities. It has been established that the ratio of the quality of the components that make up the surface modified structures changes. It is noted that at the initial test speeds the presence of lower metal carbides that are part of the coating dominates, with an increase in speed under the current load due to solidphase and diffusion processes, higher ones are formed in the graphite matrix carbides with enhanced thermodynamic propertiesДокумент Tribotechnical properties of coatings based on magnesium compounds(Хмельницький національний університет, 2025) Shchepetov , V.V.; Fialko , N.M.; Bys, S.S.The article summarizes the results of studies of tribotechnical properties of detonation coatings based on magnesium orthosilicate under conditions of constant load in the sliding velocity field. The structural and phase composition of the coatings was studied using modern physical analysis methods. The developed and studied coatings based on magnesium orthosilicate have high and stable antifriction properties in the entire load-velocity range of tests. It is emphasized that the result of antifriction under friction conditions is the additive effect of both the carbide graphite film and dispersed surface oxide structures, the synthesis of which provides modification of the surface of the structure, which is capable of self-lubrication and at the same time limits the development of unacceptable destruction processes.
