    Research Spray and Device for Polymer Coatings on Fabric

    The paper presents an device for polymer coating. Technologies for the coating and duplicating of the surface of leather and textile materials by the polymeric films have been developed on the basis of experimental device. Re-search has shown that the formation of the polymer layer is accompanied by the occurrence of such phenomena: the wetting of the surface of the upper parts of the details of clothing; capillary penetration of substances into the structure of porous material and adhesion.     Simulation and Research of the Nozzle with an Ultrasonic Resonator for Spraying Polymeric Materials

    In this paper, a method for the aerosol application of polymers to fabric surfaces is discussed. A lot of thermo-plastic polymer materials during application have the prop-erty of hardening and the formation of glue lumps. This leads to a decrease in the quality of the coating applied. In view of the fact that aerosol coating is undoubtedly advan-tageous, it required improvement. Modeling of polymer flow through the nozzle was perform to determine the opti-mal application distance. The experimental part consisted of applying a solution of a polyvinyl chloride polymer to a fab-ric using an ultrasonic radiator on a diffuser. Just for com-parison, samples without the connection of the radiator were perform. Politec 3D scanner equipment used to determine deformation changes. This study has a weight for the further development and improvement of coating devices.

    Use labview for research quality of polymer coatings

    In the article the method of determining the quality of polymer coating on textile items. The main factors that affect the quality of the polymer layer. Equipment performs manufacturing operations with certain accuracy. Therefore, determining the quality of the final result is always important. Especially then we consider the process of polymer coatings on parts of light industry. We propose use the sensor. This sensor includes a semiconductor laser for generating radiation in the visible range, which is focused by a lens controllable item. The device also includes a reception sensor optics forming on LCD- line image of the spot light scattered by the workpiece and the microcontroller can handle data with LCD- line and sends them to the output connector. For processing the results of the sensor, we have developed a software for controlling laser profilometer with using LabView.
