The results of the study of correctional effects of the Scouts uniform on the negative psychological traits of dominant children have been given. A range of quality idicators of Scouts uniform with regard to the conditions of use, purpose and functions of wear has been developped. There has been presented and substantiated the necessity of providing quality psychological and information groups of requirements that are crucial for the Scouts uniform.
