The paper is dedicated to problematic aspects of activities of the arbitration manager as a subject of the providing secrets in the bankruptcy proceeding process. There is stressed, in conditions of spreading information component of the social system and wide penetration of informatization in economic activity, a significance of legal guarantees of ensuring the inviolability of the information field, particularly, data bases or personal data of natural persons, is increasing. There is suggested implementing at the legislation the category of the “secrets of activities of the arbitration manager”.
