    Decision support system for project resource planning based on the Random Forest method

    The study develops and justifies the structure of a decision support system (DSS) designed to automate project resource planning processes using the Random Forest method. The relevance of the research is driven by the necessity to transition from subjective estimates to analytical tools for forecasting project costs and duration. The proposed system architecture covers the full data processing cycle: from automated input data collection from corporate databases (such as Jira or MS Project) to the generation of visual reports for management. Implementing the Random Forest algorithm within the DSS framework enables the identification of critical project parameters, specifically technical complexity and external risks, directly at the initiation and planning stages. Special emphasis is placed on the development and implementation of a feature importance visualization mechanism, which transforms the forecasting model into a transparent analytical tool. This allows managers to not only obtain predicted values but also understand the underlying structure of the factors influencing them. It was established that the feature hierarchy, where technical complexity plays a leading role (0.793), enables the project manager to focus on the most critical planning nodes. Such an approach significantly enhances the transparency of decision-making and fosters increased stakeholder trust in the system's recommendations. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of implementing predictive management methods. The system identifies potential project bottlenecks before actual difficulties arise, providing the manager with a basis for timely reviews of team composition, budget limit adjustments, or schedule modifications. Thus, the proposed DSS serves as an effective tool for active management, providing decision support to prevent cost overruns and project schedule delays in dynamic environments.

    Research of methods and means of ensuring the reliability of aspecialized computer voice vehicle control system

    The methods and means of protection of reliability in modern specialized computer systems of voice control of the car are investigated in the work. The evaluation of the characteristics and properties of the system is carried out. The basic principles of work and various possibilities of constructions of voice control of the car are considered. The methods and means of detecting dangers are shown, and the shortcomings and vulnerabilities of the car systems "Android Auto" and "Apple CarPlay" regarding the impact of malicious software based on modern methods of cyberattacks are identified. Preparation for cyber attack by ultrasonic and light commands on car voice control systems is shown. Methods and means for increasing the degree of protection of the voice authentication system of specialized computer systems "Android Auto" and "Apple CarPlay" are proposed. To solve this problem, a hardware and software product of an additional biometric automotive user authentication system was created and developed. The system was created to ensure the reliability of cyber attacks on the voice control system. Experimental studies confirm the effectiveness of the biometric authentication system as a proposed solution to provide an additional method of protection.

    Research of methods of seat distribution in public transport

    In large cities, especially during a pandemic, the problem of allocating seats in transport and building the most successful route is an urgent task. The study of four methods of distribution of seats in public transport. Their advantages and disadvantages are investigated. According to the results of the research, it became clear that the existing methods alone do not allow to effectively solve the problem of distribution of seats in transport, so it is necessary to either improve existing methods or develop new methods. Improving existing methods is possible by either combining several methods into one or adding certain elements that eliminate existing shortcomings or minimize their impact on the effectiveness of the method. According to the results of the research, the method of electronic seat selection has been improved in terms of adding seat weight sensors, which makes it possible to record the number of occupied seats and helps to provide information to passengers using a mobile application for free seats. The method was also further developed with the help of a mobile application that allows you to pave a route and helps you choose a convenient place to travel to your destination.

    Все більшої уваги на сьогодні потребує питання укладання договору про надання медичних послуг, зокрема, перевірка наявності у договорі всіх істотних умов. Відсутність істотних умов в договорі про надання медичних послуг може призвести до виникнення ряду проблем: відсутність або некоректне визначення предмета договору про надання медичних послуг; помилки у визначенні правового статусу сторін; неможливість запропонувати власні умови договору. На сьогодні актуальним завданням є забезпечення підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості укладання договорів про надання медичних послуг з врахуванням цивільно-правових підстав шляхом розроблення відповідної інформаційної технології. Для проектування та реалізації такої інформаційної технології, слід розробити теоретичне підгрунтя, а саме провести моделюван ня процесу підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості укладання загального договору про надання медичних послуг та похідного від нього договору про надання стоматологічних послуг. У статті проведено моделювання процесу підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості укладання загального договору про надання медичних послуг та процесу підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості укладання похідного договору про надання стоматологічних послуг. Розроблені моделі процесів підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості укладання договору про надання медичних послуг та договору про надання стоматологічних послуг є теоретичним підґрунтям для розроблення правил, методів та проектування інформаційної технології прийняття рішень щодо можливості укладання договорів про надання медичних послуг та договорів про надання стоматологічних послуг.
